In 2010, Jim and Todd Little opened Clarksville Property Management LLC. With massive marketing and unique approaches to standard practices, we built a very successful company that thrives today. Our focus on Single Family Homes has given us a great deal of consistency in our tenant and owner mix. We learned early on that being selective with what we choose to manage would pay dividends not just financially but professionally and with the great relationships we create with our owners and tenants.
